The developers of this great game have included a database with more than 20.000 real airports from all around the world. The airports are real and they include all kind of elements you can see in the real airports. WebFlightGear comes with a limited set of scenery in the base package. This is to keep initial download sizes small. The base package includes the region around the featured airport for each release (which is Iceland for Flightgear 2024.x), and the area containing the airport used by the C172p tutorials (PHTO and Hawaii islands).
